Take and Keep
02:23
|

we sit and we stare at the world that's gone mad. then we stop and marvel at the wreckage. what's left to build on if the world is gone? what's left to live for when the night becomes long? what's left to take when you have it all? what's left to give when there's nothing left at all?

Burn This Form

close your eyes. burn this form to set you free. our last goodbyes, it's time to end your suffering. when will it end? as your body turns to coal by what you hide inside you, still you find a way. a chain that needs to break. last three times around the earth. a path of pedals to guide you through. last three times around the earth. two coins to pay your dues. in these moments i've said too much. still feel i didn't say enough. but i can't live life this way as you draw your last breath. this is the end.

Dehumanize
02:20
|

wishing and waiting. keep turning the blade. keep singing in chaos through wisdom and the pain. retching and gagging. choking on the air. desperate for answers i know that aren't there. dehumanize. create a war. feed the fear. create control. dissatisfied with the outcome. my world is burning from the ground up. and from the ashes, a new day will come. i'm falling head first trying to catch up.

The Silence
02:52
|

so much noise in this world. so much anger that can't be ignored. left alone, what would you do? don't keep screaming if no one will hear you. so much noise in this world. so much pain we choose to ignore. left alone, what could we do, if screaming is the only way they'll hear you? i need the silence to know it's pure. too many questions that we can't ignore. how can you hear the cries when you're the one that's screaming? how can you understand if you're not listening? so much noise in this world. so much anger that can't be ignored. back to the wall, we know what to do. no more screaming; it's time to choose. if we don't listen, what do we have left? action without thought is the absence of self. i need the silence to know it's pure. too many questions that we can't ignore. how can you hear the cries if you're the one that's screaming?
